1. Flyer descriptionSTEAM in TK: KIBO Robot with Veronica Diaz & Elaina Thackery 2. Please note, the KIBO sessions this week are repeated sessions, so you only need to attend one (1) session. 3. Did you know that if you attend this session, you will receive a screenless KIBO robot for your class! YES! A robot for your students! 4.That's a KIBO robot below, and it's an incredible tool for hands-on learning! With KIBO, students become creators, problem-solvers, and computational thinkers through play.
Here are just a few of the many things students can do with KIBO:
Program KIBO using screen-free coding blocks or cards.
Record their own voices using KIBO's built-in microphone to personalize projects.
Create and extend patterns, then bring them to life with lights, sounds, and movement (for example, A-B-A-B).
And that's just the beginning! KIBO encourages creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking while making coding accessible and engaging for our youngest learners.
